Monique Roy Whitcomb
Director & Lead Teacher
Monique Roy Whitcomb is passionately dedicated to creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow. She strives to build strong, respectful relationships with families, creating a bonding partnership in support of each child. With over 26 years of teaching experience in Montessori education, with her AMS certification, she is committed to fostering independence and individual interests as she instills a love for learning in every child.
Ariel Grotton
Toddler Teacher
Ariel Grotton is committed to creating a calm, nurturing, and purposeful learning environment for young children. She believes that early childhood education lays the foundation for a lifelong love of learning and supports each child’s individual development through joyful, hands-on-experiences, observation, reflection, and responsive guidance. She is currently in her final semester of earning an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education with expectations to graduate in the Spring of 2026.
